All That Jazz is all that GOOD

What can i say...this is in my top 5 all time greatest.

Roy Schieder, who got SCREWED out of an Oscar for this role, is in top form. Written and directed by Bob Fossee, this semi-autographical pic is a gem, a classy bold brave daring Hollywood gem. From first rate production numbers, to Jessica Lange as DEATH, it bedazzles, enchants, and terrifies the audience.

Chief Brody drinks, pops speed like Jolly Ranchers(tm) and manages to get his ex-wife AND his new lover to collaborate on a new production (he rules). Along the way we meet sleazy Hollywood movie reviewers, slimy Brodway show producers, bald fat accountants (one who happily states that if Chief Brody dies, his play would make more money), and one fabulous gay piano playing song writer.

This is Bob Fossee's life and death. Hell, there is even a pretty graphic open heart surgery scene included.

BTW: Bob Fossee died under the same circumstances as Gideon (Chief Brody) dies in the film...maybe Bob was psychic?

"They say the neon lights are bright..on Broadway...On broadway..."

Sing it man, sing it.....

All that Jazz is all that and a bag of chips
