"It's definitely not your typical, happy muppet movie."

Any movie that has a muppet singing a song called "Sodomy" with two 20 feet penis-like statues beside him is definitely one to see.

Peter Jackson has to be one of the best directors in the indusrty today. He gave us such greats as Heavenly Creatures, Dead Alive aka Brain Dead, and The Frighteners. Meet The Feebles is another one of his wild creations that makes use of his whacked-out special effects he loves so much.

It's definitely not your typical, happy muppet movie. Definitely not one for the young ones. It's filled with drugs, sex, violence, sordid affairs, and all that kind of stuff you love to see in a flick.

The movie takes a look at what goes on backstage at the "Meet the Feebles Variety Hour". Heidi the Hippo is the aging, hungry, star of the show who can't deal with her husband's cheating and sleeping around. There is a vietnam vet-gone heroin addict, sword throwing frog who can't get his fix for the night. The host is a sex-crazed bunny who is plagued by disease and a horse fly trying to sell his story to the tabloids.

What more can you ask from a movie? The characters are hysterical, the plot is creative, and the drugs are aplenty.

muppet sex, 'Nam flashbacks, singing porcupines....This movie has it all. Check it out.
